Lemmel Employment Coaching was founded by Beth Lemmel in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC.  Her career journey eventually led her into the field of Mental Health, where Beth learned to navigate the world of job-hunting through the eyes of a population of individuals filled with unrivaled talent, but who at times had lost confidence in their place in the world.  It was this experience that shaped her understanding of a job, not just as a necessary tool for survival but as a baseline for a meaningful and fulfilling life.
