Best Fit Employment Coaching was founded in 2020 in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC by Beth Lemmel. Her career journey led her into the field of Mental Health, where Beth learned to navigate the world of job-hunting through the eyes of a population of individuals filled with unrivaled talent, but who at times had lost confidence in their place in the world. It was this experience that shaped her understanding of a job, not just as a necessary tool for survival but as a baseline for a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Since that time, the organization has grown to help hundreds of job-seekers in North Carolina and all over the country find direction and purpose in their careers.
